I drive a stick. When I roll up to a light and others are coming behind me, I'll let up on the brake and roll back a foot. That usually gets the message across.

When somebody does that in front of me, I try to help out…I pull up to their bumper and hold my brakes until they’re safely on their way. If they still struggle, I give him a little push.
