There are a lot of things he's brought up that help. Airspeed Indicator markings, emergency landings. Things to make you think about what you would do in an emergency or just in practice. Probably not a good idea to come here for any advice.
He does have a lot of practice at emergency landings. There are a lot of things he's brought up that help. Airspeed Indicator markings, emergency landings. Things to make you think about what you would do in an emergency or just in practice. Probably not a good idea to come here for any advice.
Except that he started that video with discussion that appeared to be designed to confuse people. There are a lot of things he's brought up that help. Airspeed Indicator markings,
and survived them all, which is I would like to happen more often
LOL. I want you as a fan.and survived them all, which is I would like to happen more often
You want people to have more emergency landings? Kind of a weird take.and survived them all, which is I would like to happen more often
Read my comment again slowly it will make more senseYou want people to have more emergency l landings? Kind of a weird take.
What I am saying is that I know of at least 5 high profile accidents within the last 2-3 years where pilots with "superior airmanship" were not only killed but took a lot of other people with them. So, I would rather be lucky than good and Dan did not walk away, but survived a horrendous accident in which he was not the pilot. He also evaded the EAA on crutches which is hilarious to me.Are you saying DG’s superior airmanship prevents him from dying in an aircraft accident or incident?
You need to do something noteworthy firstLOL. I want you as a fan.
It probably confused you but the good thing about Youtube is you can replay it until you understand LOLExcept that he started that video with discussion that appeared to be designed to confuse people.
Don't worry I'm sure you'd put me over gross weightif you need gryder to think about emergency landings, I can cross you off the list of people I'd like to fly with.
You need to do something noteworthy first
Don't worry I'm sure you'd put me over gross weight
Looks like a J MacFadden in Sharon Springs NY bought it.So, who bought Gryder's DC-3?
It didn’t confuse me…I’m familiar with both terms. It probably confused you but the good thing about Youtube is you can replay it until you understand LOL
That sounds like my daughter when I told her she didn't know where the washer and dryer were, she said "I know where they are I just don't know which is which".It didn’t confuse me…I’m familiar with both terms.
Apt analogy if you brainwashed her into believing the dryer was the washer and the washer was the dryer. That sounds like my daughter when I told her she didn't know where the washer and dryer were, she said "I know where they are I just don't know which is which".
That makes no sense apparently Maule skinner couldn't figure out how to calculate V speeds and it seems it's not clear to you either. Maybe you two should get together and work on it.Apt analogy if you brainwashed her into believing the dryer was the washer and the washer was the dryer.
Come on Dan, don’t you have better things to do?That makes no sense apparently Maule skinner couldn't figure out how to calculate V speeds and it seems it's not clear to you either. Maybe you two should get together and work on it.
That was the point. That makes no sense apparently
This is like Wack a Mole.Come on Dan, don’t you have better things to do?
What don't you understand, I'll try to help but it seems like simple multiplication, help me to help youThat was the point.

Except the mole doesn’t realize he’s the mole. This is like Wack a Mole.
Only thing noteworthy Dan has done is be a stalker and crash planes. I guess there's a sycophant for everyone. You need to do something noteworthy first
How in the world did you come up with that, seriously Go back and read the thread. So you agree that DG is unskilled but lucky?
You are beyond help. What don't you understand, I'll try to help but it seems like simple multiplication, help me to help you
This really is like wack a moleOnly thing noteworthy Dan has done is be a stalker and crash planes. I guess there's a sycophant for everyone.
You are serious you don't understand acclerated stalls I mean really tell me where you have the problemYou are beyond help.
Dan was just an observer and to verify checklist usage. He just forgot to speak up when a checklist item was missed. So, I would rather be lucky than good and Dan did not walk away, but survived a horrendous accident in which he was not the pilot.
Who said anything about accelerated stalls? The voices in your head? I sure didn't.You are serious you don't understand acclerated stalls I mean really tell me where you have the problem
You have a point there and Dan admitted to thatDan was just an observer and to verify checklist usage. He just forgot to speak up when a checklist item was missed.
So you don't understand them. Do you have a point please tell me what you don't getWho said anything about accelerated stalls? The voices in your head? I sure didn't.
How can you conclude I don't understand them when I never talked about them?So you don't understand them. Do you have a point please tell me what you don't get
Unless you were there, you don't know that. But we do know he was the instructor giving instruction because he said so.So, I would rather be lucky than good and Dan did not walk away, but survived a horrendous accident in which he was not the pilot.
He did? When and what did he admit to?You have a point there and Dan admitted to that
How in the world did you come up with that, seriously Go back and read the thread.
