Silly GTN IPad Trainer Question - HOW DO YOU END THE APP

It is easy to install
It is easy to run
It is easy to use
But I'm an idiot and can not find the exit button to close it out without shutting down the whole iPad.

Can someone please tell me how to exit the GTN trainer on the iPad? I tried RTFM without success.

I don’t believe that ANY iPad app has an exit button. You just use the home button/swipe (depending on iPad model) to get back to the Home Screen.
