Lets make Friday 'Joke Day'!

I went to my 50th. It was sort of enjoyable, in a dark sort of way, to see all the BMOC and jocks shuffling around with canes and triple chins while the former prom queens (that rebuffed me) looked older than my mother.
Don't need to go to reunions for that in the age of social media.

One of my earliest love interests who turned out to be particularly mean looked older than my grandmother by the time she was 40... And my grandmother is about to turn 104.

Of course, I've also realized that I was in a school that was overflowing with spoiled rich white kids, and there are several who were merely average academically and not particularly inclined to work hard who now have some cushy positions and/or a crap-ton of money that they got by having well connected parents.

But most importantly, I've realized that I'm much happier now than most of the people who made life difficult back then.

The one at the front door reads "Into the Wild", except that it's facing so you read it as you walk INTO the house.

Fact check: True.

I tell ya, my wife's a horrible housekeeper. At my house, we wipe our feet before going outside.

What happens if you tape a 10mm socket to a bad penny?

Maybe a one month supply?

Maybe a one month supply?

I bet they sell that on subscription so you get one each month...

Maybe a one month supply?

I would order that and it would get lost in shipping.

What we need is a 10mm socket with an integrated airtag.
So you can tell exactly where you lost it and can't reach it without removing the entire engine just to get a 25-cent socket back.

What happens if you tape a 10mm socket to a bad penny?
Same as if you WD-40 under some duct tape. The universe ends.

So what did the last one do that was bad enough that someone said "Well, we should try that again in 1400 years."View attachment 151058

That must be some sort of special NPR math. The C of E was founded in the 1500s. How'd they get 1,400 years?
