Curious, on a scale of 1 (BAD) to 100 (GOOD) for ADM, where does taking a lear jet through a cat4 hurricane go? Honestly don't know.

I've heard/met some of the Hurricane Hunters who I think fly C130s through 'em. But idk, how does a lear stack up versus a hurricane.

We took an E-3 from east to west thru the outer and middle bands of Katrina way back when; pretty sure it was the north side of the storm.

We were probably at FL280 -320; a little bumpy was all I remember.

So this guy was at 12k. I take it gets better with altitude?

Looking at Flight Aware, it appears he filed FL410 from DWH to ORL and was at 410 until about 20ms out. He later filed ORL to SRQ at 12K for what looks like a repo leg launching in a few mins.
