Diamondhead and Waikiki in the distance, PHNL in the middle, Pearl Harbor in the foreground.

I did the same thing years ago at HNL. The approach toward, and eventually over Pearl Harbor and Ford Island, I was told was the exact route the Japanese had flown.

Had a hard time pronouncing the local waypoints along the way lol....

Well its not an inflight photo but I was on my way to the airport.

This road in on Fort Campbell KY as I made my way to Hopkinsville.

Its very quiet out on that part of the range.
