I work with satellite communications quite a bit. We sell Globalstar, Inmarsat and Hughes services to local and state governments.
Don't use Globalstar for any required communications. The Globalstar network lost a number of satellites a few years ago and their coverage is spotty at certain...
It's funny but I'd bet it's a great seller. What a cool idea. Relatively easy to make, easy to distribute and golfers are great for this type of stuff.
One of the last seats left on a full flight and you're going to say "uh, no, you weigh too much, please find another seat"?
You can choose who YOU sit next to but not who sits down after you. ;)
After spending 4.5 hours on a SWA flight from PHX to BWI next to a large woman, I'd be happy to pay extra for seats where I can choose my neighbors. I had the window seat and another skinny guy had the aisle...and neither one of us had a comfortable flight.

My DVD player broke so I went for the Blu-Ray. They are expensive, though, so I'm still buying the older style right now.
Not until companies like Comcast and other ISPs start relaxing on bandwidth restrictions.
It's irrelevant as far as trademarks are concerned, though. They had it first. Obviously SOMEONE agreed with them since Apple settled, knowing they were violating someone else's legal trademark.
Regarding the trademark stuff: apparently Jobs just doesn't care. He makes a habit of it, even ignoring legal advice...

Since I don't see anywhere in the OP where he asked for a CELLPHONE PDA but just a regular PDA, most of these replies are irrelevant. Cellphone PDAs are very expensive in comparison to regular PDAs and have considerable added costs for service.
Stick with the list Spike posted and you'd be...
