Huh. First I thought it was a joke, and "Rachel" was going to disrobe or something. 
That was disappointing...
...but not as much as finding out this "breakthrough" is just good ol' water-cracking using electricity... lots of it.
There's a reason the big money going into hydrogen-fuel research right now is focused on hydrogen extracted from fossil hydrocarbons: it's expensive to get it out of water.
I can't see an onboard system, where you pour water into the tank, as being very workable or practical with the current state of the technology. I mean, this thing doesn't even have a flux capacitor!
If it really worked, they'd be charging an awful lot more for it, unless the price shown is for the plans only.
I like the HHO torch demo, though... in a shop or factory, that could be very practical, and welding or cutting with "cold fire" like that would be an improvement.
