I happened upon these silly chemtrail switch facades, and decals.
Do you not agree these belittle the efforts of CT pilots nationwide?
I think they should take us a little more seriously and give us due respect.
These playthings seem to make light of our profession, and perhaps even cast doubt of it even happening.
I do not post these links for you to buy for your panel - no, they are only here as examples of the harm being done to our reputation.

Uhhh…the real CT pilots would never let you know they are CT pilots. ;)

The club is more exclusive than Epstein’s list.

I never have understood why the (relatively) basic work done by those among us who make a living in the Enhanced Application field is so often dismissed or, worse, denigrated. Calling them "Chemtrails" (or some of the other terms used by the ill-informed) is simple bigotry.

I'm convinced by your argument- I'm woke!

There's no such thing as chemtrail, it's just family businesses. No, wait, different group.

Surely nobody would actually believe that we were controlling the flow via a simple rheostat knob. Everybody knows that the dosage is automatically increased based on the political tendencies of the area we over at the time. And, seriously, how would we be able to direct the weather patterns if we were doing it by hand!? It obviously requires high-level coordination of multiple aircraft on dissimilar flight paths! Sigh.. Zero creativity here. Obviously created by someone who has zero insight into how things really work, which I guess goes to speak to how well our renewed security efforts are working.

You do remember that half the fleet is still running the 1950s tech, right? We're still dosing using heading, airspeed and stopwatch.

Those who know don't talk. Those who talk don't know.

Those switches should all be labeled "inop", with the double quotes on the tag. Right?

Yep.

Not all applications require multiple aircraft, and many of us do not have autopilots so we handfly. Single plane, hand flown flights are preferred for some missions, such as moving target applications or high precision spot treatments. We get our share of assignments and we're quite successful with them.

Yes, but that's why this thread is classified TS-NOFORN and you had to use your 21 digit password to access it.

you realize that TS-NOFORN is an incomplete classification, right?

I hear you and I've removed my Eject button from my 182 so the fighter pilots don't get offended. I've learned my lesson.

I too took action to minimize offense, but I went the other direction and made my button operational when my plane was down for annual last year. But the button is only operational on the pilot's side, and the eject mechanism is only operational on the copilot's side.

I volunteered to drop propaganda leaflets instead of the Chemtrails. Of course, sometimes I go ‘smoke on’ while dropping the leaflets to really confuse folks.

That's exactly how I control the flow. Some people get a double dose.
