This NOTAM (consisting of 10 parts!!!) is too long to even fit in a PoA post. Today I learned we have a limit of 10500 characters per post, and this thing is 11620 characters long.

15 thousand square miles (4% of the area of the United States) are covered by this "temporary" flight restriction.
Take the outer ring. That 230kt speed limit could easily be addressed as a note on the sectional. No need to clutter the map with another TFR ring. Or, if someone really feels the need to make it a TFR, make it its own TFR, with a standalone NOTAM that is easier to read and comprehend, compared to this current monstruosity.

Most of the unreadable all-caps gibberish in this NOTAM could easily be covered with plain, properly formated text and a few notes on the charts. Awareness training is already required for flights within 60nm, put the important bits on the sectional/TAC and make a reference to the training course.

How is this new news? Maybe it was reissued, but it is and always has been unnecessary, unwanted, and addresses a problem that does not exist. Refresh my memory. How many GA airplanes were involved in the 9-11 attacks? Still ZERO Right? Our bloated government at work!
 
I noticed in Foreflight the other day that the notams for later in the day are underneath the ones for later in the month.

They are trying to lower the number of pilots flying in the area by boring them into unconsciousness.
