While Sarah may have an ethical duty to keep her client's identity private, I don't know of any reason the rest of us can't speculate. The link below is a good place to start-- and I'm guessing that the five-minute video will be interesting to most pilots, regardless.

And check the N number on the Malibu.....er....Meridian.

Welcome to aviation, Sarah... not much is private.

In addition to your sales commission, get him to,take you for a ride in the Cub.

Pass on it.....no pool (snicker).

Um, how far to the nearest Kohl's? Asking for a friend's girlfriend.

Planes included? :D
You might get one, of his choice, at full list price! Seriously, if I didn't have a significant other that craved civilization, I'd love to be in the middle of nowhere.

Eloy is only an hour out of Phoenix (by car). Doesn't seem that remote...

It's not the location that is too remote; for me, it's just right. It's the price that is remote. Might as well be $3billion for me. Sure would be nice to be in that financial strata, though.. or maybe not. Not sure I could take the responsibility! :)

If this location is desirable, and with 155 acres and a nice runway, it might work well to develop this into an airpark. Personally, I don't like this sort of terrain but that is just me.

Man, Red Bull racing pays that much? I’m in the wrong business.

Foreigner here. I don't get it, how are property taxes only ~5k per year when last time it changed hands it was worth 10m (and current asking price is 3.25m)? Assessment value is 35k?! But predicted property taxes per Zillow are ~30k per year.

This place exemplifies the Boondock Paradox: when you finally get away from it all, everything is far away.

And this place is hot: summertime temps well over 100F daily, with only trace amounts of rain. Forget convenience stores. In your hour-long drive to the nearest Trader Joes, you will pass one or more prisons--the major employer in the county. One of them specializes in housing felons from Hawaii.

For my tastes, a weekend visit, in the Fall, would be tolerable. For my dream home, no way.

While I have four acres, it's nested smack in the middle of too darn much civilization. Walkable to huge grocery store. Probably 40 restaurants within five minutes. Lots of stores (including a Kohls, of course!) Remote means different things to different people!

It's not the heat, it really, really is the humidity. I was working in SoCal when it was 95° with very low humidity (maybe Santa Ana winds, don't recall). It was more comfortable than Cincinnati at 80° and soggy skies. (Of course, those from LaLa complained that it was hot!)

No one complains about airplane noise
Air conditioning. Lots of it. With almost zero humidity...
Not everyone likes Trader Joe’s

His first name is Maurice? I guess some call him the gangster of love.

I just spent 24 hours at P19 Stellar Airpark; I am in love with that part of the country! Flew all over the place; CasaGrande, Eloy, Ak-Chin, GilaBend. Tons of aviation going on; really nice people; learned about the Stack. Love the vegetation, the mountains, the skies. I wonder if I could stand the summers though!

You get used to the AZ Summers. Go to bed early, get up early, enjoy the relatively cool mornings. There is an invention that's called Air Conditioning that helps with the heat.
In the Summer with the Snowbirds gone it is blessedly peaceful. Imagine--no thumping stereos, blaring horns, noisy neighbors--peace and quiet. When is the last time you city folks looked up and saw the Milky Way?
Yeah it's a 150 mile round trip to the nearest Walmart or Fry's. We have 3 freezers and stock up. (And my wife likes to shop :) I stay home and help unload)

Haha I didn't say I had to keep his identity private... just where he's moving to :)

And a pool can easily be built on that much land ;-)
