Not in the B, but right up to the bottom under it.I take it you are completely unaware that GBR feeds into the system? And I highly doubt you are soaring in Class B airspace.
You are changing the facts, in turn, changing the out come.
I'm guessing that GBR is Ground-Based RADAR. If so, I don't think a fiberglass or fabric glider is going to put up much, if any, primary return. Does it even feed in primary returns?
ETA: It appears that TIS-B generally only displays transponder returns. So you won't see the gliders or the Cubs even if they show up on RADAR.
