Consider it... a hypothesis... and a valid one too. Something to look into.I'm encouraged to see this disclaimer in the link:
"This is not 'proven' or 'evidence-based'"
That is the safest assumption to make when reading anything on the Mercola site; I'm pleased to see it finally getting spelled out.
D3 was the supplement mentioned here.Aren't there different vitamin Ds? I take D3 to help pretend that Portland isn't a gloomy overcast sh*thole. I wonder if that's why Oregon is low on the covid trauma list.
Neither, it’s pronounced vit-ah-mon... everyone knows this.is it pronounced vih-TAH-min
or V(EYE)-tuh-min

No one knows this. No one at all.
Most of the stuff we get from the government on COVID needs that same disclaimer.I'm encouraged to see this disclaimer in the link:

If something as simple as a daily does of Vitamin D were really capable of warding off the 'rona it would have a dozen peer reviewed studies showing it and appeared upon the cover of every major media outlet by now. Sadly, kooks who think they know it have a pretty big bully pulpit in the internet.

You'd be wrong there. While most of the early stuff leveraged known data on the previous SARS (because this was what was available), the peer-reviewed press is full of COVID-related papers, including transmission and infectious routes.I would normally agree with this, but in the 8 or 9 or so months that this has been around, there does not seem to be majority scientific consensus around the susceptibilities/causes and preventions (I’m not talking about masks, treatments, or vaccines).
Can't make money off an expensive cure in less prosperous countries either. Place like that would be an interesting place to test the vitamin D hypothesis. Can't make money off a cheap cure, though.
I've always taken the view that phonetics are unnecessary in written communications.is it vitamin D or vitamin Delta?
I have a feeling that disclaimer was written by lawyers, not doctors!
Don't know why that is surprising. The cloth masks haven't been touted as effective against preventing you from getting COVID, it's to prevent you from spreading yours around.
If you want to protect yourself, you're going to need something that can get down to the microdroplet level and seals well.

Now for the real argument:
is it pronounced vih-TAH-min
or V(EYE)-tuh-min
Everywhere except ATL. There it's vitamin Dixie. At least until the mayor finds out....is it vitamin D or vitamin Delta?
Yeah but you still need people to run utilities and do maintenance at those places and garbage pick up and...theres a huge list of Essentials that are never mentioned.Sure, it can be stopped in 30 days. Lock everything down, and have a select group of trained people deliver food to each home.
You are correct, and many Asian countries can share such a list of essential people. New Zealand and Australia, too.Yeah but you still need people to run utilities and do maintenance at those places and garbage pick up and...theres a huge list of Essentials that are never mentioned.
Beat me to it, but better
^^^^That is such BS!I can fix it faster than that. Turn off the TV.

Are you suggesting that COVID-19 is a media hoax?
I can ASSURE you it is not!
My RN wife witnesses deaths daily in otherwise healthy people.
Get a dose of reality.
