Hey, new pilot here. Would I need to get a clearance delivery to fly through a charlie to an airport that is below the charlie (uncontrolled) if I have already established 2-way-communication with ATC?

No. 2-way radio communication is the only requirement.

Welcome to POA.
Expanding just a little (that's what we do :D), let's start by saying that nothing other "cleared to land" and "cleared for takeoff" at an underlying Class C primary or Class D airport involves a "clearance" in a Class C area.

I can think of three times I would call Clearance Delivery at Class C as a VFR pilot, and all of them are when on the ground.
(1) Departing the Class C. There are exceptions, but most want you to call CD for departure instructions (note: "departure instructions," not a "clearance."
(2) Departing an airport in or underlying the Class C airspace when I would not be able to to avoid entering the Class C airspace after departure before establishing two-way communications in the air.
(3) I need SVFR for departure from an airport they service.

Thanks! the additional info was helpful!

Yeah. Further expansion on (2). If the satellite airport is an Uncontrolled one and you are unable to establish comm with ATC, Clearance Delivery or otherwise, you may depart but must establish comm as soon as practicable. 91.130 (c) (2) (ii).

(ii) From a satellite airport without an operating control tower, must establish and maintain two-way radio communications with the ATC facility having jurisdiction over the Class C airspace
area as soon as practicable after departing.

Yep. that's the rule. But nothing says you can't call ahead of time from the ground to fit yourself in. which is why I mentioned a time I might call CD from the ground.

Story: Back when Towered Colorado Air and Spaceport (KCFO) was simple nontowered "Front Range" (KFTG), pilots who wanted to go west would sometimes call Denver Tower from the ground for clearance to enter and pass through the inner circle of the Bravo.

Agree. While not absolutely required it is good ADM to do so if you can.
