C182 v 737 KAUS Oct16 2024 RA

I find this a bit hard to believe. It’s drilled into airline pilots not to descend below class B airspace even if cleared for a visual. There is a practical aspect also as going below the bravo requires slowing to 200 knots.
Hi Jeff767, yeah, I think I botched the altitudes as they were pressure on flight aware - so many were in fact inside the B actually. Interesting things to note though - I made that observation while watching last Saturday and the ones that were close were likely visual approaches. It seems the visuals predominate on Saturdays as versus the rest of the week, and I watched again this morning for about 15 minutes and I found the same phenomenon with lots of folks right at the class B bottoms and an occasional one below - for instance - this morning Air Canada 503 he looks to me like he was more out of the Bravo than in it. if some one can look at his track for me - please let me know If I am missing something here.

So yes the majority seem in - but some are getting out.
