Might have flown that one since it’s an old Lowe aircraft and an A model. They didn’t have many As on the flight line and my IP was one of the few that was A qualified. Too much $$$ to get something like that flyable. State police might want it for parts.
 
I want one of those to put in the front yard. Not gonna pay >4K for it.

Your title should read "scrap project." The guy is dreaming at the 4k price especially for an A model. But then again there's a sucker born everyday...

Tail rotor drive shaft covers look good, VOR antenna looks fine. I’m sure the WSPS (wire cutters) are salvageable. Now, whether or not there’s a need to get them approved as a yellow tag item is a different story.

Replace the windscreens with flat panel displays, and you could build one heckuva simulator.
