Would you buy this car?

Well, this guy just got a crash course in disappointment.

Apparently by accident, eBay yanked the listing when it reached $150k. They realized their mistake, and allowed him to relist it. Of course, all of the bids are gone now.

New price? $620. Guess the hype is over...

@deonb - you have the new listing number? Curious to see how much the eBay "accident" costs this clever fellow.

Oh wow, I'd be fighting somebody!

I'd be willing to bet someone woke up and smelled the coffee, realizing what they were about to buy for $150K, and caused that ad to be pulled.

It's already over value again at $1500

Per the YouTube comments:

* UPDATE * Ebay has canceled the original auction in error and has asked us to start the auction over. Updated link is in the description! We were told that someone from their fraud department, who was unaware of the commercial / story, could not believe that a 1996 Honda Accord was going for $150,000 and ended the auction. Per Ebay's request, we have restarted the auction back at its original starting price of $499. We will have more updates later today.

If it sells for less, he should sue the crap out of them for pulling it now. Some ambulance chaser would take that on contingency, I’m sure.
