For the months of only December, January, February, and March, how about
$150 per month in this heated hangar? Accessible from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, daily.

Sounds like a good deal...if the weather isn't horrible you're plane would be ready to go! Can you cancel in February if you find you haven't flown in two months?

Winter would be the best time to have a hangar, especially a heated one. I would go for it.

I already own a hangar(see photo) but it's not heated and doesn't have as much space. There are at least a dozen tied-down aircraft at my base airport - and no empty hangars to accommodate 1 of them -- yet; but I can make one available for four months. (Or if not, I could put my boat and trailer in there. It might not fit under my right wing if I leave my plane there)

Bill and Bart: Not only does the FBO not charge ) to open the door(s), but only they can move the plane to the outside or back into the assigned space.

That's nice. Im in a pseudo heated hangar. the hangar next door and the offices above and beside it are heated so its usually above 40F (Even when its -20F outside).

Always rent the hanger facing south or west.. :goofy:

Bill: I'm sure you know the location of the hangar.

Yes I do... keeps making me want to move home and face that large sales tax (use tax) when I buy my plane... ahh wait.. they repealed that.

At CJR the hangar is unheated but I have a Tannis.

At NC26 the hangar has radiant heat in the floor.
