Who or what flights qualify for FF?

If you're a sport pilot, I think you have to have an endorsement to enter class B airspace.

My instructor and I flew around the Class B that is within 6 miles of my home field, to show me on the pilotage landmarks. He was more interested in me staying out of it. We didn't contact them at all. TBH I am fine with using uncontrolled airports on my travels and not getting involved with planes in a hurry. I am only in it for sport after all. I realize that I need an CFI to sign me off for more privelges as I progress.

Good info. Yes, fly with a CFI to get your endorsement to enter B, C, and D. You may never in your life enter B, or maybe even C, but probably lots of Ds you’ll visit.

Not that hard, very useful, and IMHO important.
