Before the magazine was delivered he piloted a Cessna 310 with Hale Boggs aboard. The NTSB's determination was icing. The airplane was never found, although a huge search was made.

I did, because that flight was part of ground school in my first job in Alaska. A real case of stupid flying in Alaska. The pilot got away with a lot until he didn't.

Wouldn't be surprised if US or Russian Navy has already found flight 370. But they dont say. No survivors, not their job, dont want anyone to know they can do that (find an aluminum airplane at the bottom of the sea).
