What's the technical name for the "Rabbit"

What's the technical name for the synchronized strobe lights that lead you to the runway? I've heard them called "The Rabbit", but I can't recall what they're officially called.
 
Sequenced Flashing Lights (SFL).

The SFL's compose the RAIL's right?

I really hate to ask this because I suspect you will tell me to Google it,
but how do you do that?

I know how to Google like in your link. But how do you get it to move the cursor and type the letters into the box.

(ok, now that I asked, I'm going to google "let me google that for you" and see what I get).
