Joel seems like a nice guy, He is trying to improve OKH it seems. I would like to give him the benefit of doubt that he "forgot" about 3 million, & was not deliberately stealing from the rest of us by cheating on his taxes. that seems a stretch, but i will try to reserve judgment. After all he seems to be doing the stand up thing and admitting to it not trying to muddy the waters and slip away. Dave

The local Skuttlebutt is, his tax accountant in 19?? did not file a proper accounting of his holdings. thus the pleading guilty.

Yes that's us. we sealed the cracks but a retop is way more than the runway is worth, I (and several others) are trying to get Joel to remove the asphalt and regrade, then go grass.
