Okay that hurt. For the record, I did a whole chicken, indirect, covered last weekend using lump charcoal.
I remember him from the Piper Owner Society board (which totally went to hell) and then he formed the piperforum.com board in retaliation. I believe he subsequently sold it, which prompted him to come over here.
