I can’t seem to find where they claim 15gph. I did see 0.9lb/hp/hr at cruise with 188hp. Which roughly equals 188 x 0.9 / 6lb/gal = or 28gph, which is still pretty good for a turbine.

I was into the subsonex at first too, but the NTSB reports are somewhat sobering.

I'm probably searching the DB wrong, but I don't find anything on the subsonex. I know of the one fatal last year, but are there others that I'm missing? I thought the subsonex had a pretty good record.

Same here. The one I found looked like a low altitude or maneuvering accident - I didn’t immediately come across a cause.
