Two dead after Mooney door pops open. St Augustine FL

I think there was a Cirrus SR22 stall/spin crash that looked a lot like this after a door popped open on takeoff (which used to happen a on some G2s and G3s. I think the finding was the pilot got all distracted trying to fly the door problem instead of the plane, overshot final, got slow, tried to tighten the turn with rudder and that was that..
