The e-STMP pages support usage by the following browsers:

• Netscape 4.x
• Internet Explorer 5.x
• AOL 5.0 or better
• Mozilla 1.0 or newer

Guess I'll have to pull the trigger and upgrade to Netscape 4 or maybe IE 5 if I wanna get my slot...

The most reliable way to get an IFR slot into KOSH is to book a charter with NetJet. I am told they control many of the slots.
