I was supposed to fly my son up to NY for spring break, but my other plane was in the shop (I've been waiting my whole life to say that...), so we drove instead. We lived on hot dogs and pizza and cookies and ice cream for a few days. It was awesome.
Day one: Texas Hot Weiner Lunch, Hanover, PA. Note the ketchup on the hot dog.
Then, we walked a few doors down to Timeline arcade so that my son could play Spy Hunter and RoadBlasters for real.
Day two: No weiners, but we ate at a pizza place that I'm pretty sure was run by the Fratelli brothers. Stopped by Stewart's for maple walnut ice cream. Aww yeah.
Day three: Dallas Hot Weiners, Saugerties, NY. Note the cole slaw on the hot dog.
Day four: Stopped by Joni's 340 Diner on the way home. My son had a pancake that was about the size of a manhole cover.
