Saw them perform in Dayton back in 2003, alongside the Blue Angels, Thunderdbirds, and Golden Knights. It was quite the show, and well worth both the drive from Chicago and the admission charge.

The Snowbirds flew at the Southern Wisconsin AirFEST at Janesville this past May, along with the Thunderbirds. Awesome show.

I think so - If you look at this picture, it looks like there's a filler cap toward the rear of one, just in front of the aft end of the mount:
