Watching the posted surveillance videos of the crash, it would appear neither engine was running at the time of the crash...

Not likely, probably oil. 100ll would have evaporated away.

In the surveillance video, the right wings strikes a car or other object and there's a cloud of what looks like fuel spray, kind of hard to tell here. Anyone else see this?

That, or they secured the wrong engine.. crazy, but it has happened

It looked like the right wing was full of the blue stuff. I was very surprised there wasn't a post-crash conflagration.
