What's the syntax to input a Radial/DME from a VOR into the flight planner as a waypoint? Can I create a hold at this waypoint?

Same as the route in a filed flight plan. FIXrrrddd where FIX is the fix identifier, rrr is the radial, ddd is distance.

Worked fine for me as well. I tested it by inserting AML090100 in a IAD to BWI flight plan. The magenta zigs out into the middle of the Delaware Bay.
