Another definition of porter is: a person who does cleaning and maintenance work in a building, factory, store, etc.
I've never seen that definition, and it didn't Google as such.
But is she bitter?Although, in fairness, going by definition #2, she is brown...
But is she bitter?
We used to have a situation like that: I knew the locker room was being cleaned, and I knew there was a girl working. All I needed to do was go inside to grab something out of a locker room. She saw me when I walked in and thought things might get awkward until she realized what was going on.
Now we have a guy that weighs about 350 lb, has a long scraggly white beard, and always says, "How are you, brother?" I have no idea how the ladies locker room is handled.
So 1980s. Now they're porcelain sanitation technicians.I call them janitors. Is that wrong now?
I value those individuals, no joke.
Just be glad it still says "MENS"
I like porters (of the liquid variety) because they are NOT bitter. But is she bitter?
The OED hasn't heard of that definition.Another definition of porter is: a person who does cleaning and maintenance work in a building, factory, store, etc.
The OED hasn't heard of that definition.
Can she handle a large load?
