Pre-buy in Easern Virginia?

Anybody have a recommendation on who can do a pre-buy in eastern VA?
Looking to purchase a Beech Sundowner and need someone more local than I am to go and give it a onceover.
I'd appreciate any recommendations for local or "will travel" A&P's who can do a prebuy.
