POA Business referrals

So I'm curious, I know that most of us here at POA have met a lot of folks through the board and many have established a lot of good friendships that will endure beyond the board.

But I wonder how many of us have established business relationships through POA? This could be doing business with a POAer or having a POAer refer business to you or referring business to another POAer,Getting a job through POA or filling a job opening through POA?

Its not necessary to say who it is that you did business with as that may be private or otherwise confidential.

I for one have both received business and referred business to and from numerous POAers and given Job leads.

Same for me, I have both received business, and found people to whom I refer business. It has been very satisfying in most respects.

You forgot to include a category for those whose posts on this forum probably created quite a bit of business for somebody else who provides the same service.

Jesse would still be a couple of jobs ago without PoA, I think!

Clearly, he is better at working PoA contacts into a job than I am... I've certainly gotten ideas from folks here, though. I think I may have referred some business to PoAers too, but I can't remember for sure. And I might get something going soon thanks to someone here.

I have found employment through PoA (many times) and I've accepted emplyment twice. I have also received and given business via PoA. Almost all my real friends through PoA.

Obviously PoA is important to me and has heavily influenced my life.

I have been offered employment through PoA quite a few times (thanks to everyone), and I accepted a job through PoA as well.

I've been given business advice as well, and I have helped a few people with their business needs as I could too.

PoA has done many great things for me personally. I love you guys.

Given and received business referrals. I certainly will attempt to do business with someone on this forum prior to going elsewhere.

Additionally, y'all make up a good portion of my favorite people.

I do business with some folks on POA; don't know if the board was the reason, but it's nice to socialize on here with them. I wouldn't hesitate to work with someone on here that gave me a positive impression or I got to know well. I have referred folks to board members and visa versa.
