Does anyone know what this plane is? I saw a video of it and cannot find any photos or videos of it. Want to learn about its history.

Don't think its an Antonov 225. I've looked at all the Antonov and Tupolev planes and can't find anything that matches. This photo is from a video of it crashing, so it might have been a prototype or test plane.
 
Didn't they build something to transport their version of the space shuttle? That looks like it.

Yep. One Youtube page refers to this image as... "OVISLY PHOTOSHOPPED Antonov 225 crashing, they are so fake it hurts!"
