NOAA-NWS actually did issue that text. Then they corrected it, changing 750 to 75.
Try googling the double-quote phrase "gust reports of up to 750". When I do that I see cached text with the 750, but clicking the link yields the corrected text with the 75.

IT NEVER HAPPENED HERE.
We had the same language here in San Antonio Heights- we face heading 200 true - 2100' up, full exposure - never saw sustained winds above 8 knots.
