Tonic water or soda water with lime, Dr Pepper Cherry if not a beer or whisky. Daytime is usually coffee or water.
Whisky is generally a single malt. I got a bottle of Woodford's. Not Scotch but not bad.
 
NOTA

I've been carbonated beverage free for almost a year. I drink mostly water, followed by fruit juices, milk, lemonades, and the very occasional iced tea.
 
Why would anybody drink any of those choices?

Yeah, like there is some better way of dealing with stress!

Stress level ∝ earliness of first Coke of the day!
Stress level ∝ final quantity consumed that day!

You will be gratified to know Coke is not damaging your testicles! Er, your rat's testicles!
 
Water and coffee get me through most days. If I have to get something because the half priced lunch deal says "with beverage purchase", I'll get unsweetened iced tea.

I just am not a soda/pop/cola drinker - but when I am it's root beer.

I do the same. Sans root beer. Habit Burger has this iced green tea that is just the bomb when you're ridden 70 miles and you need to down a couple gallons of beverage to finish your ride.

I guess you haven't made that trip in several years now. Dublin does not bottle Dr. Pepper any more. They are not even called a Dr. Pepper bottling co. They have sugar drinks but they are some very old labels.

They were told repeatedly not to sell the sugar DP. outside their market. Dr. Pepper finally had enough and pulled it.

Dublin screwed up.
 
Almost all ice water. A glass of milk a day, sometimes a chocolate milk after a hard workout. A glass of orange juice maybe twice a week.

Mostly ice water. Avoid soda, cokes, etc., bad stuff.

4. milk - occasionally
5. pop - hardly ever

coffee - never
alcohol - never

Just started with coconut water after a hard workout. Don't know if it helps or not.

My theory is (and I've shared it here before):

If I drink God's Fluid all day long then I can drink a little Devil's Juice at night and break even! :goofy:
