Did claim my rebate although initially there was a glitch in the performance report. Requested a review by sending a copy of the PAPR to:

9-AWA-AFS-300-ADSB-AvionicsCheck@faa.gov

Received a response in two days, they cleared my rebate request and provided info on how to claim the rebate. The instructions were clear and did not need the incentive code. We will see how long it takes for the check to be in the mail.

I got my email April 16 that the rebate check is coming in 4-6 weeks.

Actually, you MUST register before the installation to get the rebate. I can’t confirm that doing that will result in receiving a check. I finished the process March 13th and got an email from the FAA saying that I would receive a check in four to six weeks. Do the math. No check yet.
