[NA] Starbucks "buy or get out"

I worked at a teaching hospital for 15 years after my post-military aerospace career got cancelled. Most of the doctors I know brown bag it to work and drive something like a 7 or 8 year old Honda Civic.

I used to drink Starbucks "tall 1-pump, non-fat mochas". But, when I went out of the country for a month and had to order "americanos" I found I like those better. These days, if I have to order from Starbucks, its a tall americano. I prefer to grind and brew my own coffee though. Much smoother and the higher quality beans I buy are not as acidic as theirs.
I learned that I like Cafe Americano at a fairly nice hotel in Dubai while on business. They had a decent restaurant I was at for breakfast, and they had a barista making all manner of stuff. I was trying to ask for plain coffee, but the guy assumed that since I was American, I wanted an Americano. Worked out in my favor, lol.

When I was traveling regularly for LockMart, I often got a cup of coffee in an airport terminal from a Starbucks or equivalent. I almost always drink decaf, so rather than waiting for them to brew a fresh pot, I'd just order a decaf Americano. Not bad at all.

We already have several big underutilized buildings in a whole city filled with crazy people. But saying more may cross into politics.
Big underutilized general-purpose buildings? Or big underutilized mental health facilities?

If the former, great! The cost just got lowered. If the latter, well... Getting the people is part of the problem.

I know ... people ... in the industry, and what I've heard is appalling. For example, our local Children's Hospital is so short-staffed when it comes to psych professionals that they don't even schedule someone for a psych visit until they're to the point that they already have, or seem like they are about to, attempt(ed) suicide. And then, it's a 20-minute visit, hardly enough to develop any level of trust with the doc to do any good whatsoever. :(
