NA Pex

Yeah, this is a late-60's house, so it's likely been there a while. It was originally on a water well, but switched to city water when it became available. The well water was sufficient for filling the toilet tanks this weekend, lol. However, it's a bit of a pain to cart in a 5-gallon bucket a time or two each day from the only spigot that the well is attached to anymore.

Update: they had it fixed in a couple of hours. They ran some 1" PEX through the inside a section of the old 1.25" galvanized pipe to avoid drilling any additional holes. They used heat-expansion fittings, not crimp/press-style fittings. It helped that I dug out the trench over the old line to speed up their repair efforts.

If it's someoen else's building, he's got no business working on the plumbing in most places, than Joe the Plumber sans a commercial certificate should be flying passengers for hire.
Whatever, it's not rocket science. Plumbers only need to know three rules.
  1. **** flows downhill
  2. Payday is on Friday
  3. Don't bite your fingernails
