What is the name of a fax machine, or fax feature, which allows you view what was sent to whom & when? Standalone fax, not networked in any way.

You mean a list, not the actual fax, tight?

Should be a log. In many faxen, it must be selected "on," or it is off.

Usually a "rolling list" of the last x faxes, with "x" being something like 60 or so. Our fax machine automatically prints a log every now and again. Used to be it would print one every few days; now, months.

No, everything including images of documents placed in feed tray.

Most faxes have transmission reports that will show you when/who faxes were sent, as well as if they were successful. As far as saving the image that was sent, I don't know many that do that.

Are you looking to buy a new machine or are you trying to figure out the one you have?

Have you looked in to something like eFax? That service will save the sent images.
