The dorky hat is the only thing that makes me shake my head. The beard and glasses are ok.
 
That's more 'hipster' than 'millenial'.


I am waiting for the day when I can listen to millenials complaining about the generation that follows them.

True this. I spent a week working at a ship yard last year. Not a place that you would want to have "Take your kid to work day".
 
Narrow-mindedness towards other people's fashion choices.
 
Tolerance that only extends as far as ones favorite causes to champion. That isn't tolerance, it is simply advocating for a group one feels is marginalized.
 
Funny thing is that both sides seem to think that statement is about the other.
 
I say, let people wear what they like. Not sure what "sides" apply to that.
