Now, if it was a slam on Riddle, I'm a big boy and can suck that up. But it wasn't.

I think there is only selective log dropping pointing out going on here.

FWIW OP, every time I fly commercial, I see pilots with big smiles on their faces, most of not all seem very gratified in what they are doing.

Congrats! You will stand out more going to a better school (NYU or others) and no one will care where you get your pilots license/ratings. Did you start taking lessons yet?
