Motorcycle Accessories

I have an employee that is leaving our group and going to another. I'd like to get him a thank you gift from our group. He rides a motorcycle and thought it would be nice to get him something for that. Problem is I know nothing of riding. Any ideas of something we could get him? I know we have plenty of riders on here.
Gasoline.

My first 6 months with my Triumph Daytona were spent getting the leaks stopped. I swear, the only fluids the British understand are tea and beer.

I've heard that the reason the British never developed a significant computer industry was because they couldn't figure out how to make a PC leak oil.

Gloves are ok if they’re what i use, otherwise they will quietly disappear. I buy the glove I like on closeout, still have two new pairs in the gear closet for when the present pair wear out.
Same here. But a new pair is always welcomed and sometimes even comes in handy, so long as they fit. I ride a plethora of seasons and need a number of different gloves, though.

Spurs for his riding boots. He can drag a foot at night and it makes sparks that make all the girls marvel ... ;)

I'm not sure of your budget, but almost any biker guy would appreciate a new biker chick.

I was wrong. He has a Yamaha V Star. Apparently he wants something with more comfort for longer rides.

Sounds like you should buy him either my Harley Ultra Classic or my wife’s Harley Street Glide that I’m putting up for sale. ;)

Well, economical went out the window from a Shadow, lol. The VStar is a pretty solid cruiser. Smaller cousin to the Stratoliner/Roadliner which are pretty good comfortable cruisers, but get heavy as most of the bikes in that class do.

Pfft. Real man gets sparks from the pegs/footboards/pipes.

If you are dragging pipes down the straight away on the boulevard you have some serious issues ... ;)

When I had one I once rode it 8 hours in a day. Comfortable, it was not.

sorry, should’ve turned the sarcasm notice on.

And I am humbled…I’m done after about 1-2 hours, tops…much like the 69 Camaro I had with minimal creature comforts and 3” exhaust, it’s fun for about the first half hour, tolerable for the second, and after that, I’m looking up the fastest route back to my garage…

I knew you were joking. :)

I also did that in the first half of my 20s, and it was in Pennsylvania where the roads were very active and rewarding on a sportbike. The other day I took my wife’s Triumph Daytona 675 out, and I cut the ride short due to comfort (or lack thereof). Of course Kansas roads aren’t particularly great on a sportbike…
