KPA vs altitude in feet?

I wasn't aware that President selfie-stick was also Governor of Alaska.

I wasn't aware that refusing to recognize a state decision about geographical features within their own borders was considered to be consistent with states' rights.

According to the link in Post #39, the State of Alaska has been trying to get the federal government to change the name to Denali off and on since 1975.

Would you prefer that he gives you the expected altitude in furlongs?

Only if they expect my speed in furlongs per fortnight.

1 kt = 3093.29 fl/fn - I am going to call this "fortlongs"

Found by googling "1 knot in furlongs per fortnight". :D

Too funny. My plane would burn 388 firkins per fortnight.

1) FL 190 is the first used flight level
Actually, not. FL 180 is available provided the local altimeter isn't below 29.92. The flight levels available start at the transition altitude. See 91.121.
