Your best bet is just looking at previously assigned ATC routes because that's what you are going to get. In the northeast they always give you these crazy routes

Calm down Captain Defensive. I was just sincerely curious if you'd seen it referenced anywhere using the terms you quoted since you seemed pretty confident when you wrote, "the correct names are...."

I'll go back to arranging these plates in the dishwasher. They're not quite right. Gotta start again. Still not right...gotta start again.

I just tune to frequency and call "approach" in that area. They know they are new your or Long Island.

The point is they aren't both, it's one big single integrated TRACON... NY Approach...
