iOS 5.0.1 upgrade

OK, I finally decided to try upgrading my iPad (Gen 1) to iOS 5... was waiting til the masses got theirs done, server load was lighter, bugs worked out, ForeFlight released a version that wouldn't be affected by Apple deleting data....

And I get this:

Based on Apple Support Forum posts, I'm going to try again after disabling my antivirus program--that seems to work for folks. ??

Only up til 5.0; my understanding is that once you're on 5.0, the iOS can update itself directly from the device.
