"I have about 20 hours and I want to find a place to go for my vacation to finish up, what options are available?" I live in Southeast US if that is relevant.
...acquaintance.

I think we need some additional search parameters.

Wanting to stick nearby the Southeast US, or looking to travel farther afield?
What timeframe of a trip? Weeks? Months?
Want "vacation-y" stuff in the area alongside the flying, or just flying only?
Traveling alone, or with family/friends who also need something to do in the area?
Need accommodation while training?

all good questions:

Wanting to stick nearby the Southeast US, or looking to travel farther afield?

close to La is nice - but with airlines these days, there is no reason to confine to any particular area....except maybe the conus....and an area that has decent novice weather (ref winds, DA, moisture)

What timeframe of a trip? Weeks? Months?

With 20 hours, probably 2 weeks. Checkride after.

Want "vacation-y" stuff in the area alongside the flying, or just flying only?

Nope - "trip with a sole purpose".

Traveling alone, or with family/friends who also need something to do in the area?

Alone.

Need accommodation while training?

Definitely need food and motel, unless the fbo is unusually accommodating!

My buddy did his finish-up training with American Flyers https://americanflyers.com/ up in Morristown NJ. He said it was a pretty good experience, and has gone back to them for several additional training sessions. Might be worth checking them out.
