Apparently my winning ten million wasn't enough, so now I've won one hundred million. Here's what I do:

First, of course, $50 million goes to the government.

I then donate $10 million (over time) to charity.

I invest $30 million and live off of interest and dividends.

BUT, I still continue to perform and teach, so I need an airplane.

I buy two airplanes, one for 200-500 mile trips, the other for 500+ mile trips:

A $1 million turbine Duke: http://www.controller.com/listingsd.../1974-BEECHCRAFT-B60-GRAND-ROYAL/1250361.htm?

A $4 million Premier: http://www.controller.com/listingsd...ER-IA/2008-BEECHCRAFT-PREMIER-IA/1218725.htm?

The problem with this plan is you are still dealing with short term funds. What happens 2 months later when you are broke? I say go for 100 Billion.

I thought you were supposed to buy something fun to? Although those are nice choices.

David

I'd say #2 is great for your 500+ mile trips, but I would probably scale back and buy something small and fast for your short trips.

Maybe the Cirrus jet or the Piper jet.... By the time you score a $100 M lottery winning you can probably buy a used 10 year old used Piper jet on Ebay.

I always liked the Royal Turbine Duke.....Although I would buy a KA350 instead.

If it was my $100 million, I'd hire Thor to serve pink lemonade and massage my back.

BTW, your Premier looks pregnant.

How much would you spend on a really really good sound studio? Including, of course, top quality piano(s), etc....

I'm expecting baby Premiers. They probably should be called "Deuxieme!"

Hmm. The equipment is key. $100,000 for all the recording equipment, mics, processors, and mixers. Another $200,000 for a new Steinway or Bosendorfer.

You can get away with one airplane for both missions. King Air B200. :)

I love that plane. But for a BWI-TKI (Dallas area) trip, it would be like five hours. I'm rich now, remember; the jet will get me there in 2.5 hours!

OK, how about a Citation CJ-4 then? Not many Premiers were made and I have the feeling they might become an orphan. Besides, I always thought they looked like penguins. :D

But I don't think the CJ-4 has an SP option. Well, I guess if I'm rich, I can afford to hire a part time SIC, lol!

I'd grind up any "experimental", I may have built. Imagine the "greedy" litigation, if someone bought one, and crashed.

I'd have a Hawker Sea Fury, Corsair, P-40 and P-51. Oh and an A-26 to haul the family around. Don

Epic LT over the Duke and a Phenom 100 over the premier.
