...and was to sit in it while my picture was taken.

Thanks for the inside and outside tour of the beautiful bird you're lucky enough to get to fly, Dr. Dave. It was great seeing you and and meeting Johnny for lunch today.

I hope your exit from the plane was more graceful than Chis Uhl's :D

Just watching that "graceful" exit was worth the avgas burnt to get there... :)

All i have to say is "Somebody has tomuch money" using a citation for $100 hamburger run.

I thought Chris Uhl's exit was part of his Circus training so he can change careers if the aerospace industry folds?

Just for clarification,
"I" am not in that category, as I cannot even afford to get my own $&# airplane fixed!
..and the trip was not a 00$ hamburger. As a flunky, you get a few moments with friends at the local sandwich shop,...occasionally. (Im not complaining...this is simply the sitch.)

PS the Gastons' ride fantasy I had....lessee 1500lbs/hr for rides around Bull Shoals at 5$ per gallon even if I got permission (chances of that exceed 0% in the negative direction) I could not afford the gas!

Don't you fly in one of those often enough? I sure do...

I sure do. But watching it land at Gastons would be worth the price of admission :D

Cheers,

-Andrew

Wonder if you can still go to Alaska and see AS land 73s on dirt strips.

(I'm at 195,000 qualifying miles for the year and counting).

Yup, you have me beat. I may have a 60k BIS month, RIC-DFW-CDG-LHR-FRA-DFW-RIC-ORD-NRT-DEL-HKG-MNL-SYD-EZE-GRU-DFW-RIC-DFW-MAD-BCN-MAD-DFW-RIC-DFW-MTY-DFW-BOS; but the MTY turn may get pushed up.
