How do YOU make money?

holy cr@p I hate PM's. they say do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. well if someone would pay me to hate PM's full time, I would love it. it's fun making up fake tasks for them to track. you know, because I hate them.

If you think about it, carbs aren't that much of a problem if you don't cook much to begin with....

Ive sold coke for the last 6 years. Took up flying decided i wanted to do something related to it. Spent two years trying to get a pilot slot in the USAF, Navy, Reserves, Guard etc. Finally hit the end of that road at accepted an RPA slot. And assuming I pass the last physical in 3-6 months I'll be mooching off uncle sam. Better pay better benefits, free education and flight training. I feel like I'm scamming the tax payer.

Not sure what RPA is? But I would think the cocaine business would pay better.

Not to bust your bubble but it won't feel like a scam for long. There's a reason retention is a problem for RPAs. If you're in a reserve unit though, you can probably work whenever you want.
 
In the summer parasailing/snorkel boat crewman, during the school year I am a dispatcher for a pt 141 flight school.

Eh can't be too bad I hear them complain about workload but can't be worse than dealing with corporate stuff. Working 6am to 6pm accounts calling you all hours of the day working every holiday. I figure a 5 on 2 off or 6 on 2 off can't be any worse. Plus I'm kind of figuring with as much as the RPA community ******* they'll get something figured out. Doubling the training pipeline, opening it up to enlisted, doubling the squadrons, hiring civilians etc. I have no doubt it will have rough spots but even the horror stories from forums about RPA doesn't sound much different from a typical week in sales.
 
A majority of my clients are political and/or Government Affairs.

My former sailboat was named "Special Interests" if that gives you any idea!

Working on a time machine every night. Once complete, I'm going back in time to kick my own @$$ for starting a small business... Pays is ok, but wow. . . .
 
I live off whatever the government tells me I can have, after they have pillaged my revenue.
 
Drove rivets, changed oil and cleaned plugs. Gave it up and retired when I lost my spark.
 
The assumption that I am making money is inaccurate. At least for December. I spent money. ;)

When I had my free month of Netflix I figured that would be a good time to check out that series. I was hooked from minute one then watched every episode over the next couple of weeks. Great series.
 
Retired from the State, have that pension. I also have rental income and drive a truck a couple times a week for my play money.
